Clinic Policies

  

New Client Appointment Deposit/Policy

We are accepting new clients and we do require a non-refundable deposit towards the initial visit with us-this will be applied to the exam cost. Any other treatments, medications, services, etc... will result in additional charges being due. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we would appreciate you providing us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. 

If you miss your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking, your deposit will be forfeit and we may not be able to reschedule you.  

  

Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. Usually we will ask you to bring your pet in sometime between 7:30am and 9:00am. A doctor will examine your pet as they have time between appointments. Once the doctor is done, they will give you a call to go over their findings and to give you discharge instructions.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require all patients to be current on their Rabies vaccination. The exceptions to this are those pets that can not be vaccinated and therefore those pets are seen by a Doctor for all services including nail trims, anal gland expression, etc… and are booked as an appointment. They can not be booked as a Tech appointment or drop off.

  

Patient Arrival Policy

We make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the lobby. 

   

Medication Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns on medications or give refunds on medications.

 

 Kindness Policy

We value our staff as much as our patients & have zero tolerance for all forms of aggressive or abusive behavior or language towards our employees. Please treat others respectfully. Incidents may result in termination of services.

 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Care Credit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit and cash.
