To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the lobby.
Medication Return Policy
We are unable to accept returns on medications or give refunds on medications we have dispensed. Check here for a list of locations that will accept and dispose of unwanted medications.
We value our staff as much as our patients & have zero tolerance for all forms of aggressive or abusive behavior or language towards our employees. Please treat others respectfully. Incidents may result in termination of services.
